WHAT WE DO

Teens of Color Abroad (TOCA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to offering students of color immersive global language learning and cultural exchange opportunities.  The organization accomplishes this through four distinct programs: Passport Pathways, Community Circles, TOCA Online, and a high school study abroad program that takes students abroad for two weeks.

Through transformative learning experiences, we help students build confidence, spark motivation, and continue their educational journeys with purpose. Our mission is to shape the next generation of globally conscious leaders ready to make an impact. With over 1,000 students reached so far—and many more to come—TOCA is changing the world, one travel experience at a time!

Passport Pathway Program helps students from Title I schools and youth-serving organizations obtain U.S. passports.

TOCA Online is our virtual language learning and cultural exchange program for U.S.-based high school students.

We invite universities and global education organizations to host monthly webinars to present international opportunities for TOCA students and alumni.
